Notes: Elizabeth "Betsy" Overton, 77 of Harrisburg passed March 23, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Miriam "Betty" Phields. Betsy was the Chief, Division of Field Operations for the Deptartment of Public Welfare and retired with over 30 years of dedicated service from the Commonwealth. She was a member of Wesley Union AME Zion Church, a Master Gardener and enjoyed reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Family/Spouse: William M. Overton.
