Notes: " Reverend George Deskins was born in Juarez Mexico. He was the Pastor of Second Baptist church for two years. In 1891, Reverend Deskins along with thirty-three members of Second Baptist church located on eleventh street in Harrisburg, were spiritually inspired to branch off from their former church and to start St Paul Missionary Baptist Church. They led their first meeting in the home of Thomas and Henrietta Watson at 436 S Cameron Street in Harrisburg. Family/Spouse: Katie Johnson Thomas. Katie was born in Mar 1876 in Virginia, USA.
