    When Charles Harison Gee was born on July 11, 1913, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, his father, Walter, was 30 and his mother, Rachel, was 19. He had one sister. He died as a child on April 21, 1919, in his hometown, and was buried in Lincoln Cemetery.

    FIND DROWNED BOY'S BODY
    "The body of Charles Gee, the 7-year old colored boy who was drowned in the Susquehanna River after falling off the cement steps at the lower end of the city, directly below the dam, on April 21, was found yesterday floating near some river barges a distance below the city by Charles Downing, 1176 South Cameron street."
