  Notes	A CARELESSLY HANDLED REVOLVER Causes the Death of William Beverly Yesterday. William Beverly, colored, aged 13 was fatally shot by a revolver in tho hands of a white boy named John C. Brown yesterday morning, dying ten minutes later. The accident occurred at the Reading Railroad bridge at Shanois Street. Brown drew the pistol from a pocket and pointed it down the track saying there was just one cartridge left and he was going to shoot it off. As he pulled the trigger Beverly stepped within range, the bullet striking him below the left eye. Some men nearby, who heard the shot, picked the boy up and carried him to his home on Cameron street, where he died before a physician arrived. Brown was arrested. Coroner Krause empaneled a jury, who, after hearing the facts in the case, rendered a verdict of death by accidental shooting. Brown was released this morning after a conference with District Attorney Detweiler had been held.
